Help with this military logo

I am looking for this exact logo, I think I will be able to find the font, but if know it, I'll take that too. I've searched with no luck.

I found that one also, however the laurels are different, but I suppose I could use it and move the laurels into the proper place, thanks.
It also is not as detailed as the image I posted. But this what the client wants to use, so we'll see.

Found this one that is decent size and resolution. The jpg is attached, and we also saved it as a PDF. We have an AMAZING vendor to redraw/vectorize and digitize graphics that has unbeatable pricing. His name is Max and can be reached at iconic.sales2@gmail.com.

If I had to venture a guess, it would be that someone brought some low res image of the logo ecilop found into a screen printing company and wanted 1 color print tshirts. The screen printing company art department then rebuilt the logo and made their own "improvements". Who ever printed those t-shirts is probably the only place where you will find that exact logo.

Just out of curiosity, for what reason do you need it? Are you going to make a sign, plaques, challenge coins, ???

No, these are for a police agency in my area, I reckon the guy was in the Marines, and needs new apparel.
