Help with uploading a Profile to HP Z3100

Hi,

Please can someone help.
I want to upload a profile for paper I am printing on a Z3100.

Can I ask if I upload a profile will it delete all the other paper settings that are available?

Also the profile I want to upload is PSO Uncoated v3 (FOGRA52) is this compatible with a Z3100?
