Alrighty, I am in need of some design help.

One name at a time. That looks to me to be hand-lettered. Hard to capture the overall feel with fonts.

I'm not really clear on what you're asking. If you're just designing a new plaque in the same style as this, the font you're looking for is Optima and I don't really know what else you would need. The original plaque isn't in the picture, it's only rubbings of the names.

I have a client that wants this as a decal on his motorcycle on the front of the fairing. I just was looking for some insight, because I am having a rough time making it look appealing.
