Help!!!

If there's anyone who is very familiar with the old ScanVec Inspire 1.6 software - and in particular the "Output Control Center" (OCC) - I have a big problem.

After some computer repairs yesterday, it now simply doesn't work. Inspire works fine, and the OCC opens when job sent to cut, but nothing happens.

I know the Com port and plotter are fine, as it works from CorelDraw using WinPlot.

Clue: I noticed that when I now open the OCC manually (from the desktop) it takes about 7 seconds to open, whereas it used to take a nano-second.



Any ideas?

After 8 hours that day, I got it fixed. Had to remove the software - twice - and finally got it to work. Enormously stressful.
