heard that you have to have an internet connection to run newer versions. what gives.
we run 8.1.
if our internet is on another computer for obvious reasons.
matt can you answer this in case we thought of upgrading.
we still use XP. how has the marriage with vista been

Not if you purchase a dongle/key which eliminates the need for an Internet connection that is required for regular validation of your soft key/code used on newer versions.
