Make sure whoever you hire knows how to finish!! We have been wrapping cars for 15 years and I am finding when looking for help is that no one can finish. My kids are all certified and no how to finish, so we end up trying to teach them and they still want top dollars. Crazy!! Run them through tests without pay to prove them selves.
