Hmmm laminator question

Well, the kids were in the back room the other day and dont know what all they did but this is what is going on with the lam. It does not seem to be taking up enough or feeding to much :s
Anyone have any ideas?
Have posted a picture below.

Does this machine have gears on the spools/rollers if so them maybe an adjustment is required.

any lumps of dents in the roller?
Could be the little tykes tried to feed the cat through (or some object normally too big for the laminator).

Follow fmg’s suggestion. Look at the chain & sprockets.
First impression is the chain is not driving the roller(s).

Reload everything properly and adjust tension as required. You might have to spin the take up roller by hand for a little bit till you get more release liner on there.

Thanks everybody. Tore the side off and the chain was loose. Tightened it up an adjusted the tensions to where it is working properly again.. No more kids in the back room lol. They must have played with the tension knobs.
