How are these banners are made?

Hello forum.
Our clients want us to make three banners inspired by this video.

They are 40x25 ft.
What material is that?
I was guessing it's the wrinkle free polyester fabric and the hole in the middle has finished edges. Am I right?

My guess would be a die sub material. The inside hole would be finished in some sorts and may have velcro.
