how can i get rid of this

my prints are starting to look good but as you can see there is still some nozzles missing. also its hard to see in the picture but the first 3 blocks starting at the right are just the littlest bit higher then the next 3. this goes on all the way across the page and when i print a small black line i can notice the littlest shadow of the other colors which im assuming is because the heads are not lined up. I read on here somewhere how to fix it but i can not find it now.

Soak the print heads and maybe a head cleaning.

You can also change to k only

If you change your printer to use only black ink to print this coor it will be a lot more accurate rather than using all the colors to make a richer black. In your printer or in your rip, change to not make a cmy black.
