How do I do this the right way?

I've been asked to design the rush shirt for my fraternity this semester. Our recruitment guy wants to use the air jordan logo in the design, along with a quote by michael jordan. The design idea seems to work well and is well liked, but I know this is illegal and want to pursuit this the right way.

Anyone have any helpful suggestions? I've tried to call nike, but had no luck there.

*The shirts won't be sold, just screen printed and distributed to the brothers to advertise the fraternity for rushing.

Let's just say Nike answered the phone and said "ok, no problem. The fee for unlimited logo usage and endorsement by Mr. Jordan will be $200, Mastercard or Visa?". What would their answer be?
