How do I get rid of these symbols while editing text.

I'm sure it's something I did, but these symbols started to show up while editing text, how do I get them to stop showing?

Knows just enough to get in a lot of trouble..
In CorelDraw, make sure Text (tab on top) > Show non printing characters is off
