Need Help How Eliminate the inks white and metallic Vs540i

Hello Guys, Some body knows how change from E-SOL MAX2 CMYKLmLcWMT to E-SOl Max2 4C : E-SOL MAX2 CMYK ? i want to change the ink but don't know how change or eliminated white ink and metallic ink.

i try to change from the service menu but only have
PIGMENT 4COLOR: PIGMENT
E-SOL MAX2 WMT: E-SOL MAX2 CMYKLmLcWMT
E-SOL MAX3 WMT: E-SOL MAX3 CMYKLmLcWMT
UNKNOWN: Ink Type not specified

Don't have another mode, i guess that i need make a factory reset or something like that.

Not familiar with your machine, but with our Epson we put the cleaning cartridge in where the white/silver would go.

Ok Fixed

This the process.

1 Turn on the machine in the service mode ( press the keys Left + Down + Right at the same time and then turn on the machine sub power button)

2 - HEAD WASH Perform HEAD WASH. 8 SL-CL cartridges are necessary to do it.

How Activate Resetting ink mode setting

3 - SERVICE MENU > SUB MENU > CHANGE INK TYPE, set it to [UNKNOWN].

4 - SYSTEM SWITCH > PAGE7, set it to [10000000].

5 - RESET INK MODE appears in SUB MENU, Press ENTER key in RESET INK MODE. The cleared

6 - SYSTEM SWITCH > PAGE 7, set it back to (00000000) to hide RESET INK MODE

7 - Turn off the printer

8 - Turn on the printer and set the ink mode
