How is the Proveer>Grimco thing going?

I'm curious how Grimco's acquisition of Proveer is going for those who where with Proveer, particularly in my area. I've been told by Avery Reps that it should cause the of lowering prices among the area's competition but haven't seen it with the folks I deal with. I would like to know how things are going for people who have been dealing with them lately.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. Feel free to complain as I've noticed a lot of people in the East do about Grimco.
