"how to apply" intstructions to give out

Someone a while ago posted about giving out instructions for their clients to use to apply their decal. I am doing an order for a lady who is going to sell them in her store. She wants me to have a quick description of how to install with every decal. I make it to complicated and I saw some good ideas on here a while back but I cant find the thread.

If you can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
