When I started using our FC7000 I noticed that we only ever used three pinch rollers but saw the fourth and thought to myself, "The more the merrier".
The process for changing the number of pinch rollers the machine recognizes is complicated, and I typed it out as the technician explained it to me on the phone. I figured I'd post that process here for others with the same problem.
