How to clean the Curing Unit on HP700w

I'm still having trouble with vinyl jamming in the Curing Unit on our HP700w. Now it appears that one half of the unit is not curing the print at all. I'm assuming I need to clean the unit. Any guidance on how to do this is appreciated.

There is a Curing Module Cleaning Maintenance training course available for periodic cleaning of the cure unit on Latex 700/ 800 Series printers. This free course is available through the PrintOS Learn App that can be accessed through a browser or mobile.

Seems like I’ll have to learn how to do this for my brand new 730W . Figured the material is getting stuck in the module, very frustrated. Don’t know what happened to printing from the pinches, etc.
Still have to talk with HP and see what they have to say about it, but what I’m seeing is a design flaw.
