Hello,
I am having problems with one of my JV33-160's and before I update the firmware I want to be 100% sure that my printer is either the normal JV33 Model or the JV33 BS model.
is there any way to determine this 100%?
as apparently the BS Model uses different firmware?
the reason why I am asking is that on the side of the printer where the manufacture date and serial is, my printer has a white sticker covering the "BS" text after JV33-160.
so I am unsure? As the problem that I am having is that it's running firmware 5.2 but when I try to change the ink set to ES3 to activate white and silver, the ES3 ink set option is not available? Which in the manual it should be available for this 5.2 version firmware.
any help would be appreciated.
thanks
