How to duplicate these gradients?

I'm redrawing a logo and they want the gradients like this. Is there a not-so-difficult way to do this in Illustrator? Maybe gradient mesh? Or do you think this was originally done in Photoshop?

Those are just overlapping gradients with the opacity turned down and then a clipping mask. Easy in Illustrator or Photoshop.

Yes, I've drawn all of those pieces separately. Good to know I was on the right track. But figuring the colors and angles is going to be tricky.
