How to find one of these vector designs?

Where could I find something similar to the picture below? I need the swirly vector design. Doesn't have to be exact but something old fashioned and similar.

Vecteezy is always my first go-to, they have tons of free vectors of everything.

My real answer for the OP is to have that vectorized by someone like the vector doctor. You'll spend more time looking for that exact thing (and not finding it) than it's worth. for you.
