How to fix this alignment issue? XC540

Tech replaced the linear bearing and 'aligned the heads' as a favor. I'm pretty sure he screwed something up, because it didn't do this before. Colors have almost a reverse drop shadow that wasn't there before. Black is fine. I need to fix this and I'm capable of doing it myself, I just need to know which alignment I should be looking it. Is it the physical head alignment?

Vertical is off

Vertical alignment is way off on the black... this is a physical adjustment.

I always tell people to not let their tech leave before running a small print job...
especially after a head adjustment/alignment. Just in case stuff like this happens.

If I'm reading the manual correctly, I need to adjust the other 5 heads to match black, right? Black is the base head and should not be adjusted?

Well I think I got it mostly fixed. The cyan, light cyan, and light magenta heads are at their maximum adjustment. I might be able to eek a little more out, but I didn't want to force anything.

On a semi-related note: My cyan head is pretty shot. After just spending $2k I really can't afford to replace a head right now. What would happen if I swapped the light cyan and cyan heads? Would that work?
