How to make Colex tool plunge a little deeper (negative offset from 0)

My colex belt is getting pretty worn out in the middle and before I get around to replacing it I want to make the tool go down a little deeper to get good cuts where the belt is worn. i rember from training years back that there are text config files where this can be set but don't remember which file/macro it is.

Can someone let me know which file I need to mofify?

Thank you!

Knows just enough to get in a lot of trouble..
Not sure on the macro, but I can help you manually do it. Unfortunately you will need to do it every time after measuring your tool, and will be a deeper cut through the whole table.

Activate your tool. typing and hitting t1, t2, or t3
Z Drop tool to bed at 0
On top of the screen there is a button that looks like a plus symbol with arrows at end called Soft Limits (Ctrl +L).
Hit the soft limits button
Using your .001 to .01 button to move in increments, move tool down to negative Z position
Once you get it to where you want it hit the Measure button.
New Z down soft limit will then be your -.02" or whatever you set it at.

Thanks this will work, I'll use it on the jobs that haven't been cutting as good needed
