How to Open WinCut2 file

Hello,
I am new to the forum and need your help. I am using Flexi8 and Sign-Cut2. Does anyone know how I can open a WinCut2 file?
Also, tips on Adhesive removers that work.I just got caught trying to clean a used panel.
