How to Print large posters without tiling HELP

Hi,I have a HP 2500cp vinyl printer 36 inches and I am trying to print a large poster print Without tiling but I can't figure out what software I could use or if I need to change something on the program . I have tried Inkscape, and Corel . Maybe you have some suggestions on how to print or what to change . Every program wants me to tile . Thanks

You don't have any RIP software?

How big is your file in megs, as well as inches + resolution (dpi) ?
