how to reset chip type in service mode

i want to reset my jv33-160 chip in service mode. i do not know what parameter to change to get there. i changed a magenta ink and i am stuck

Like the level of ink it thinks the cartridge has? You cannot change that, once the printer has flagged a cartridge as empty it writes that to the chip on the cartridge. That cannot be undone by the printer.
