how to unistall a software update

i just did an update in my omega software...turns out its the wrong update and has screwed up my omega programme, i can no longer print!!! and i am getting an error since the update.

so...how can i uninstall it? where do i go to do this? i tried a system restore but the update still seems to be installed.

This is another reason to have Acronis! Sorry I can not help any other way.
