Hello, please can you help me find out how to make these signs? They are wooden, have a crackle effect, what machine do I need? Many thanks everyone

You can tell it was done with a CNC router because the inside corners are all radius from the router bit. I've got no idea how to get the paint effect. To me that looks like either old or failed paint.

Maybe you paint it and then put some chemical over it to make it crack like that.

Aka distressed look. It's actually passe in the craft world now (I've read) but it's been a thing since the 90's. Lot's of ways to do it.
