Trying to get my printer connected to PrintOS.
Printos.com asks for printer ID.
Go to Settings > Setup > Printer Data Sharing Agreement > Warranty Activation and Services
But after it 'thinks' for a minute I get this error....
Printer is on the network, I can see it in Flexi, all network and internet connectivity tests check out.
Not sure what the issue is. I was able to see the printer Id a couple of months ago when I first got the printer working. Probably should have wrote it down somewhere.
I'm trying to see if the printer was released form the organization that owned it previously so I can add it to mine.
Any ideas?
