HP 310 with Cyan problems

I "inherited" a HP 310, and have not had any introduction to it, so i'm learning as problems show up.
This time its the Cyan that's acting up.

When i print blue misses about half an inch. Then it gets going.
After a headclean and automatic alignment i get this result.

Is there anyone who can give any insight?

How much usage on the head?
Replace it with a new one..

When i look at the usage through webaccess, i see a lot of nozzles out in "slot 2". LC-LM.
Is that the one to replace?

I feel lioke such a noob on this machine
