HP 360 Yellow / Magenta issues

I have been experiencing issues with our 360. It will do a printhead alignment fine, it even start to print perfect. About 5 feet into the print the yellow/magenta head starts to spit onto the print. After that print is done I get an error to change the bad printhead. I replaced both heads with brand new ones and still the same result. I have cleaned the printhead connections and believe the cable is bad from the motherboard to the head. Am I correct in saying this? And if so, where can I pick up a new flat Y cable?

I'm pretty sure the cable is sold as a unit which includes all the flex cables and the top carriage cover they're attached to. It's part # B4H70-67018. We get our parts from Grimco.

Try purging air from the lines and using new printheads after that.

Last time i got that kind of problem i had to replace the carriage pca..
