Need Help HP 365 Latex Telescopic on take-up roll.

Hello.
We have kind of issue with our HP365 Latex take-up reel. The long prints is always have telescopic stairs on the take-up roll. It looks like the take-up reel is waved or tension mechanism is working in differential tension. So finally we have telescopic waves on take-up roll and it reflect on laminating process.
How it possible to resolve or it is original way and I need to straight it manual before lamination?

Thank you for advice as advice!

The Calibrated Drop.
Before putting the roll on the laminator drop the roll on it's end a couple of times to even it up.

Thank you sir, for advice, that what I'm doing... However, is that telescopic waves are normal for take-up rolls?

You can try with low and high tension/printed side in or out but it's pretty normal to have this.

As I understand this issue is typical for all take up reel systems with additional swing tension mechanism (HP, Epson, Roland). The Mimaki take up reel very simple and as I see no any telescopic waves on take up rolls. :(
