HP 365 LC ink ran out during printing and now I can't get the LC head back

The LC cartridge never indicated it was out of ink, it just stopped printing LC. I put new ink in and still can't get the LC head back. I've done a number of cleanings and printed large boxes of light blue. I've even removed the print head and wiped the nozzles with distilled water and a soft cloth. Any help would be appreciated. Right now about 60% of the nozzles are working. The print head is still under warranty. Neither the ink or the print head are out of date.

Keep printing the blue paper patch, it takes a long time, maybe 8-10 feet but it pushes through. Did it with a magenta head in HP 315 last year.

Edit, the head is shot, need new one but it will eventually flush.

What is the weight of the PH? 64gr it should have if well filled with ink.
Both Lc and Lm stopped printing? Then I would replace the head.
If not, I guess you might had messages popping up about pressure sensor misreading in the past. I would replace the PIP and calibrate.
