HP 365 Prints moving

Our HP 365 is a great workhorse but just suddenly on long print runs the prints are moving
a 100mm plus to the left hand side looking at the printer in one case the print ran off the stock.

Does anybody have any idea what the cause is and how to fix it?

Unless your material winding onto the core is telescoping, i would say this may have more to do with encoder strip/reader. had that happen to us recently. took care of the issue.

Thanks that was my thought, so have cleaned it & we will now wait and see.

Put a sprit level on the top of the printer to check for level left-to-right.
