hp 700 Onyx sizing issue

I am trying to print full rolls of 74 inch banner. My art size is 73x241 inches. I set the job up in layout there is not a 74 inch roll setting so i use 80" roll setting. when i rip the art work it sizes correctly, however when i send the job to the printer is says the sheet is to small and that the art work is 74.5 inches. Any help would be appreciated. My printable art size is 73.5 inches.

If it's saying the file is bigger then it is, check to make sure there is no bleed added to the file.for stuff that is being a pain, I use the layout manager in onyx and it usually works fine
