Hello I am new to the forum. We have an HP 700W. The problem I am having is a repeat in line around a shape or when using registration marks. Firmware is up to date. We did have service as we had printhead issues. After replacing ribbon cables and pc board it prints fine. However after a few prints we noticed the line issue as in the pictures. Any idea?

HP was thinking it is probably a software issue. HP sent a file that I printed directly from the PC to the printer without any software in the mix. Everything printed fine. I ran a few prints today as well as a print cut design and did not have any issues. Fingers crossed and thanks for the replies.

Look to your power. The printer runs on 220 because it’s more stable than 110. If not comfortable have an electrician do this for you. Remove the panel for your building have him put meters on the 220 breaker wires. Send a print. Not too worried about warm up. More curious when printer is running and toward the end of print. You may have 220v at idle but when the printer is running and needs to be consistent, you may be under or over the required power. You may need to have a buck boost transformer installed to stabilize your power. It’s often overlooked. But hit you are having head issues and trailing cable issues, I would say your issue is power. Especially after you just had a service and new head installed
