Hi im having a problem that the machine keeps saying to check black ink. I have cleaned the chips and pins with alcohol, switched the machine off and put the cartridges in while off then booting up again. I have fixed it by doing this before and it worked, i have been told that the lc and lm can be the problem but it shows an error on the black. I have moved the problem to the LM cartridge now but if i remove it and put in in again it will move back to the black. Any Ideas
