Hp basic cutter;

So the HP basic cutter has set ups for attached widths of vinyl
However these are 11 and 16 and not and 15 which are pretty standard to me,

Does anyone out there have real world experience with this cutter?

Can I use a 15" vinyl roll and not lose over 4" bu having to set it up on the 11" mark.

The hp latex cuttef does not have this problem ( 4 rollers as opposed to 3) but I can't get it bundled with the latex 115, only the 315
