HP Designjet 5000PS -- Printhead Error

I have an HP Designjet 5000PS that is giving me a code (5106) Reseat on the magenta printhead.

I've followed all of the troubleshooting on the HP website, and of course HP Tech Support won't help because it's too old or something.

I've done a reset, I've replaced all of the printheads.... I have no idea what to do next! I need help! I really really need to get this going asap, I have quite a few jobs piling up.

Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Printhead error

Have you clean the contacts on the carriage and print head. Your should have cleaning tool and pads. Check and see if the print head is in warranty. Hp will replace it. Now if all your print heads need reset then it could the carriage cable.
