As shown, our brand-new fresh out the box HP 771 printhead for LM/LC just smears across where LM needs to be printed. We did a full printhead clean through the printer (HP DesignJet Z6200) and a manual clean soaked in warm distilled water for a couple minutes but still had the same exact result. Did we just get a faulty printhead or are we missing something more? Warranty on this printhead expired a while ago.
