HP Designjet L25500 take up rail problem.

Does anyone else have a problem with this printers take up rail from not winding up banner material straight. We can't print anything larger than 10ft without the graphic going off to one side. It doesn't do it with vinyl material, only with all our banner material.

I found that you HAVE to use a take up core that is the exact width of the material printing or it all scews as you take up.
