HP Designjet L25500 "Warning" question

Greetings,

Lately I've been getting this when I start printing.

It doesnt seem to actually do anything that I can tell. My printer will start printing as usual, no signs maintance is needed. I just hit 'ok' and go on with daily work. It must mean something though. Ideas?

"one of the top cover fans is not connected" is what I'm finding through google...

That's it! I can totally see one little fan not moving. What did you google search? I tried that and got nothing but propaganda for buying a Designjet.
