So we have been running the HPL25500 for a good 20hrs straight (other then time to change rolls) today I noticed a drip of oil coming from underneath the heater as the print is exiting the machine, any idea?

both of ours do the same thing.

i assume thats why that kit they give you comes with a bottle of it to put in the holes when it tells you to.

as long as the media is taped to the take up real, the oil wont hit it.

The oil is condensing out of the evaporate and dripping, it's not from the rail lube. You can get these printers to look like fog machines with the right environmental conditions.
