I have a HP fb500 and recently moved shops. everything is installed as per how we had perviously with power and ethernet.
I had a few jobs pending im now in the process of printing on photo plus and about 1/4 of the way on the sheet the printer stops mid print and starts to shut down and reset. its happened twice now and have no idea why.
I also had it print 3/4 of the sheet then "finish" the print up to the 3/4 point on the sheet but just a hard cut off on the print then just proceeded through the printer as if it was all white space on the bottom. (this isnt bothering me as much, just through I would see if anyone knows what this is)
