We have some problems with the black both are clogged
The tech guy told us that we need to replace Them. so we are looking that printheads.
We know that printhead its
HP Ricoh / Hitachi GEN3-E3 (MH1603/1803/1903/338690-001)
But it posible to conect the ricoh g4 or g5?
Or somebody knows if exist another possibility.
We are looking for the printheads and we have few options to buy. And what will happen when they don't have to sell.
It's a game over for the machine?
