Question HP FB950 Roller Height Issue

We have a really clean, low use FB950. After a minor repair, we developed an issue that no one can seem to solve:
The roller height reads "out of range" as she boots up and it stops us from being able to do anything.

The problem seems to lie in the OS.

Has anyone ever had this issue? She was awesome before this and now I have her just sitting.

Check the lift encoder.
Had one the other day that seemed to just lose a section all on its own, operators dont go in there so I beilve the story.
They are super easy to replace and recalibrate.
To remove, simply pull it upwards and out.
Youll need to recalibrate once you put it back.
