Hello,
I have contacted HP Tech Support, I as old I would get a call back or an Email to set up a Technician to come look at my printer. But I have not received anything. I am so hesitant to call because I get transferred 5 or times, band have to tell what is wrong with the printer every time, it is t least an hour phone call!
my printer is asking for maintenance kit#3. (carriage rail lubricant and cleaning) also my printer has been leaking this fluid (watey with ink) down the side. also says OMAS not working.
I am in desperate need for someone to come look at this printer , professional. (as it is my first printer)
anyone know of someone who has same printer, I am willing to pay of course, for time.
