HP L25500 Latex - end of media errors on longer runs??

I'm trying to print 2-24" x 96" signs side-by-side on a 54" wide roll of wrap and my printer gets 75% through the job and suddenly cancels the job and displays a "End of Media" error, even though there's plenty of media on the roll. It's done this to me twice now, which is a complete P.I.T.A

My RIP is Onyx 12 Rip Center. Does anyone have an idea of what's going wrong?

i know on my 260 and 360, if there was 25' and I typed in 20' of length left... It stops and says the end. On my 260, sometimes there would be 8' or more left and just stop. The 360 seems to track the material much better than previous models

Yeah, it's likely that you have Media Length Tracking on, turn it off and see if that works.
