good morning community.
I have a few Designjets Zs and Ls.. now on my L26500 during printing I got the error replace printhead Y K.. by looking at the print I could not see that the head slowly died.. but when I took it out the black was gone and seemed seized.
But when I replace the broken head... The printer beeps and checks the heads and comes back right away with "replace the faulty head".. I tried different heads.. I also swapped 3 and 4... but 4 is always bad!!
checking contacts .. all the usual things dont work..
whats your opinion on this?.. I might have smelled something "burnt" when first the printer got stuck during this black picture.., too
