Has anyone had this problem before? We just changed the black ink and put another one in and it keeps saying replace faulty ink. Then when we put the one back in we took out it is saying the same thing.
We have, and it was some kind of loose connection. I was on vacation at the time, and my guy told me they fixed it with rubber bands. I am not kidding.
