HP L26500 Ink Issue

Only happening on Banner...tried a few diff kinds and manufactorers...and diff artwork.

Using Flexi 10.5...check the pics. INcreasing dry and cure heat only waved the material...ink is still dry regardless, but thought increasing temp would help adhesion.

Anybody got any suggestions?

Ink restrictions and limits need lowering / tweaking?

Try changing the CMYK on the Black to the following:
C 15
M 15
Y 15
K 100

DEcrease dry and cure heat in increments fo 5 and increase vacuum and passes. We printed on that stuff last week and with those tweaks it ended up looking fine on zeelon.
