dear community.. I havent used my printer vor 6 months now. had taken the heads out.. and was starting it up. installed heads and upon printing the first allignmet, got this error. shut off. and saw the left of the three circuit breakers was off. switched everything back on.. printed allignment and head tests.. then on the first job.. the breaker popped again..
any idea of why this fault starts happening now ?

I read its Pinch Power regulator V null and faulty .... which part is that to replace ?

Check what's behind the breaker. You can have a faulty breaker as well, maybe a bad connection, faulty heater when it heats up etc. who knows? You must find the problem.

thanx balstestrat.. so I replaced the breaker.. same problem.. and it happened more often now.. actually even during a print job!.. then replaced the print mech.. still same problem. when I run the sine wave test everything is within range and no faults..
any other idea??

SO.. I cant solve the problem.. when I run the sine and wave test.. I get everything OK.. I have already exchanged the main PCA.. and the breaker.. and now also the power module that "serves" that breaker.. its the top unit of the three..
where else can I look? which heater to replace ?

I have to try again here to find my problem.. 14:32:01.. pinch power regulator V null and faulty.. trying to understand what to exchange.. is this part of curing or drying ? l28500 here in that case
Don't make new threads about the same thing, it's stupid.

I believe it's this. But you must try to understand what is happening, how the system works and try to find the issue. It's pointless to just throw parts at it without diagnosing it deeper.
Like let it print, look at the back that's happening, see if any light changes or power goes out or something. Maybe have to even start from monitoring the cord voltage at the breaker etc.

Error itself says it's 0 voltage and fault. Doesn't mean this component is faulty.

thnx. maybe you can help me walk through this. sometimes the breaker pops right before the print starts.. then the next time it pops about 2 feet in the print. its the left breaker that controls the top module.. the one you show: dryer 1..
I like to understand what this module does to trace it down. on your graphics it says pinches... what does that mean ? I dont see a light change until the breaker pops..
